Ernest

The other day Fraser was outside having a smoke. Whilst having a smoke there was this dude searching the pavement for cigarette butts to make his own smoke. He looked like Ernest and even had the denim baseball cap. There was also a street shark lurking around causing financial havoc for the local council and road works.
